Here is a picture taken at the Bookshop cafe on Andrassy ut in Budapest. It is on the first floor of Alexander bookshop.
A really amazing place with nice coffee. Quite decent in price with a good selection of cakes and drinks. On Saturday, there is a piano player.
One place to definitely go for a visit if you are in Budapest!

Massage Researches and Studies on one page

For my first post on typepad, I am just going to write about some of my interest at the moment through my university studies.

I have added some case studies and researches about massage on my website.

On this page, you can find some links and abstracts of some studies, randomized controlled trials, pilot studies and case studies on therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage massage and trigger point therapy.

The links are free full text which I found on diverse medical research website. I am planning to add more of these regularly and I will update this blog as well.

I have started to look more into medical research on massage therapy since I have started to do my bachelor degre in health science (complementary and alternative medicine). One of my subject is evidence based practice and I have been really interested into trying to promote massage through the work of medical researches.

I hope you can find some information about some massage techniques and also researches which promotes those techniques.
